1. Service Agreement

By engaging Hive-Rise's services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Hive-Rise provides business support services including but not limited to data analysis, technical writing, and administrative assistance specifically designed for entrepreneurs.

Our services are delivered on a project basis through three main tiers: Basic Tier (single project), Subscription Tier, and Custom Tier.

2. Service Tiers and Pricing

You can upgrade anytime with credit for unpaid projects. We're flexible with pricing if your project is simpler or more complex than expected.

3. Project Delivery and Revisions

Basic Tier: 2 rounds of revisions, 7-day delivery
Subscription Tier: Unlimited revisions, priority support
Custom Tier: Terms negotiated per project

Delivery timeframes begin after project requirements are finalized and all necessary information is provided by the client.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete project information
• Respond to clarification requests within 48 hours
• Provide necessary access to data, systems, or materials
• Communicate project changes or concerns promptly
• Make payments according to agreed terms

5. Payment Terms

Basic Tier: Payment due upon project completion
Subscription Tier: Monthly payment in advance
Custom Tier: Payment terms agreed upon project initiation

Late payments may result in project delays or service suspension. All prices are in USD.

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Hive-Rise maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information, data, and business operations. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data and comply with applicable privacy laws.

Client data will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All work products created by Hive-Rise become the property of the client upon full payment. Hive-Rise retains the right to use general methodologies and non-confidential insights for improving our services.

Clients warrant they have the right to use all materials provided to Hive-Rise for project completion.

8. Limitation of Liability

Hive-Rise's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project or service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

While we strive for accuracy and quality, clients are responsible for reviewing all deliverables and ensuring they meet their specific business needs.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

Basic Tier: Cancellation allowed before work begins with full refund
Subscription Tier: Cancel anytime, no refund for current month. Additional projects beyond subscription limit available at an additional fee or subscription renegotiation available.
Custom Tier: Cancellation terms specified in project agreement

Partial work completed before cancellation will be billed proportionally.

10. Communication and Support

Primary communication is through email and scheduled meetings. Response time for inquiries is typically within 24 hours during business days.

Subscription tier clients receive priority support and faster response times.

11. Modifications to Terms

Hive-Rise reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days notice to existing clients. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of new terms.

Existing projects will be completed under the terms agreed upon at project initiation.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
