What is the difference between Starter Site and Business Site?

Accepted Answer

Starter Site is built well: the pages, the design, a working phone number and form. Business Site is built well and wired in: email that lands, a finished Google profile, matching details everywhere, analytics that count calls, and a map ranking baseline before launch. If you want the site to bring in work, not just exist, Business Site is the one.

What is the difference between Always On and Always On + SEO?

Always On keeps your site healthy: hosting, security, updates, edits, and the wiring re-checked every quarter. Always On + SEO adds the work that moves the map. What that covers depends on what we agree on, from Google posts and listing upkeep to review requests, and I prove it with a call count. One keeps, the other grows. Always On + SEO includes everything in Always On, so it is one invoice, not two.

Do I have to keep Always On?

Accepted Answer

No. Every site I build is yours, and you are free to take the files and host them anywhere. Most owners keep Always On because they would rather not deal with hosting, backups, and security themselves, but it is your call, never a requirement.

Can I start small and upgrade later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Start with a Starter Site, then move up to Business Site or Industry Pro features as you grow. You only pay the difference.

Do you do payment plans?

For builds, I split the cost: half to start, half at launch. For larger builds (Industry Pro and apps), I can do monthly installments. Just ask.

What if I already have a site?

Revamps are priced case by case because no two existing sites are alike. Sometimes a refresh is mostly cosmetic. Sometimes the structure is so broken it costs less to start over. Send me the address and I will take a look, and you will get an honest quote for whatever actually needs to happen.

Will my site really rank locally?

Accepted Answer

Local SEO is not magic and nobody honest will promise rankings. What I can promise is the foundation: fast, mobile-friendly, proper schema, your details consistent everywhere, and a Google Business Profile dialed in. Always On keeps that foundation true with a quarterly re-check. If you want the map to move on purpose, that is Always On + SEO, and the periodic report shows you the before and after.

By complexity, because no two businesses hand me the same amount of work. Keeping your Google listing accurate is a lighter lift than writing a new page every month and running your social channels. Tell me what you want handled and how many locations, and I will give you a real number, not a vague range.

Do I need a Hive-Rise site for Always On + SEO?

No. The SEO work runs on any site. If I look after your site too, that upkeep is on the same invoice. If your site lives somewhere else, I quote the SEO work on its own.

Will AI tools like ChatGPT recommend my business?

Accepted Answer

Nobody can force an AI to recommend anyone, and anyone who promises that is selling something. What I can do is make it easy for them to find and understand you. AI tools need real text, clean structure, and business details that match everywhere they appear, and they lean on Bing as much as Google. Every site I build works that way from day one. The marketing world calls this AEO or GEO. I just call it SEO done properly, and Always On keeps it current.

Why do you charge less than agencies?

Because I am not an agency. No account managers, no markup on subcontractors, no enterprise overhead. You work directly with the person building your site. That is why I work this way.
